I dream of surpassing grandpa! Second, who can resist the temptation of sweet pastries? The pouting little gobble gobbler, the toothless grandmother savoured it ... How happy it is to see customers enjoying my craft with satisfaction! Third, obsession with pastry seems to be my innate nature. I remember going home from school once, and it happened that the pastry chef of a West Point House was making cakes in a transparent window. I stopped and watched intently, until my stomach was loudly protesting, I felt numbness in my legs. It turned out that an hour had passed unconsciously.
To the extreme of any work, it becomes an art. I want to make my works full of artistic beauty. Secondly, I have to learn more about nutrition. Now everyone pays attention not only to eating well, but also to eating healthy. Most of the pastries are very sweet, and they eat too much sweets and tend to gain weight. I want to develop a new type of pastry that is rich in nutrition, excellent in taste, and can lose weight, so that customers can enjoy the food and avoid the worry. I also want to design some beautiful and romantic names for various pastries: "vanilla sunshine", "blueberry ballet", "Mona Lisa" ...
